So moons ago, I thought i was gonna be cool and build a crawler. I built the crawler and then I thought, "this fat turd will never see pavement again". This is where I was wrong. I cut all kinds of wires out and now I'm trying to bring it back to a streetable rig. In the great state of TN, you can drive these things on the road as long as it's not a major highway, buy i have to have a horn and functioning lights (brake and signal).

I used to have a diagram for mine but through the passage of time it has been misplaced. I need a 1975 Cherokee wiring schematic. Yes, I've been to Ol' Jeep's website and scoured his collection of 72-74 and 76 and beyond. However, none of them match mine. The colors are different and I wasted an entire afternoon splicing wires that are for a stereo fader and a rear tailgate that hasn't been on the vehicle for 20 years.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

For example, this is one the steering column. No print matches these colors.

Buy this and use it as a reference? When I rewired my 79 VW. No one made an aftermarket harness for it so that was out. I wound up buying the three primary harness sections (dash/fuse panel, front half, back half/engine) and molding them together into the car. It was nice to have factory colors and terminations. Just a thought.
