Nope. If he did then he would have to pay taxes on the completed unsold trailers, as well as apply for vin #'s and get the inspections. At least that's what he told me. Said that's one of the reasons he was able to sell trailers for a good price.

Talked to them today...

Said for me to just get the paperwork from the DMV and they would stamp it for me, then I can get the title with the tags. So, no real big issue.
