Need to know a name

of a body repair tool.
Best I can do is tell you what it does. And I hope someone can, and also tell me where I can get one.

This tool is for making a repair to a rust hole. You cut the rust out and the cut a piece of metal just a little bigger than the hole. This too you use like a set o pliers and it makes a lip all the way around the patch piece. When you slide the metal inside the hole, it will bring the metal to the level of the good metal around the hole that you cut. You weld it in, some filler, sand and wah-lah, a fixed hole.

So what is it, and where do you get one.

Take your pick. Remember, though, that the flanged metal behind the patch will soon become an area for moisture to collect and create more rust. The best way to do this is with a butt-welded, tight fitting patch panel.
