so im taking my dogs wheelin this upcoming weekend and figured i needed a way to keep them from jumping out of the jeep. i dont want to tie them off in there cause they will get tangled up and if they did get out they would be hanging from the side. so i decided to make a cargo net to keep them in. im using 1/2" poly rope and canopy ties to hold it in place. got the back one all cut and moked up ready to go in tomorrow and get final adjustment. will make the sides tomorrow. heres a couple pics.

whats the spacing on the net, and how big are your dogs? The spacing looks too big for most dogs. My .02, I could be wrong.

the spacing is about 6 or 7 inches should be good for my two. yea i looked at the harnesses but i will not have the back seat in i have a big mat with padding for them

yea it will be small enough for my dogs i dont mess around with those little yappers i will leave that to the :gay:

Looks good. If you want to waste a lot more time on it, using 550 cord instead of zipties would make it look much better IMO.

yea im all good for now got about 7 hrs in it just a quick fix so the dogs dont jump out and run off into 100,000 acre forest, but maybe if i feel like messing with it later i will
