Controlled demolition, where’s the half billion in gold bullion that was supposed to be in the basement of those buildings?

WMD’s let’s go to war… universal support for a war that accomplished nothing for the common man

Half a billion doesn't keep this country running for twelve hours..... And what war since the civil war has this country waged that did anything for the common man?

It would fund a political machine for a few years though.

Wars have been fought for the wealthy to jockey for power since the beginning of history. All involved are just pawns. Our representative government where money and politics meet is far from faultless

The building was an act of arrogance. And defiance of common sense. It served no purpose except bragging rights, was built by a port authority after displacing a lot of thriving businesses and sat mostly empty for its entire life while devaluing office space in the city it inhabited after being subsidized by the gov. Was dreadful to be inside because of the prison bar like narrow windows and overuse of fluorescent lighting that was on or off for an entire floor to save money on wiring. The architect and people who made it happen hated it at the end of construction. It lost about $15 million per year on average. And was built as cheaply as possible despite wind testing that showed it wasn’t safe in high winds.

The buildings needed to come down for many reasons and the way they came down had a profound impact on the country’s willingness to toe the line and support a senseless war

I’m not saying a planes were not used as weapons, just that the motives behind their use and the people planning the attack in the background might not be what we were told.

@CLRracer Halfway thought this was going to be a birthday post 😅

Happy birthday, btw!

Well, there's nothing like a national tragedy to help folks remember your birthday 🤦‍♂️😂

Thanks!

Duane
