New Crawler box clocked 10* ?

So I've got a new Marlin crawler box with a 4.7 in it. Got it installed, had to cut the shit out of an All Pro crossmember to get everything to fit right and now the rear (original) t case that is behind the new crawler box won't shift into low range. My thoughts are that the shift rail on the rear case is hitting the edge of the case inside the crawler box. Anyone experienced this?
