I picked up this truggy about a month ago. It performs very well on the trail, but it definitely needs some love in the details. The wiring was completely basakwards, so I am in the process of rewiring the whole thing and building a new dash. The old dash is made of a nasty combination of plywood, aluminum, and fiberglass
.
Old dash: (note: I already removed the passenger side part and the ammocan center console)

There was plywood screwed to the bottom of the aluminum sheet. The heads were ground off of the screws and then it was fiberglassed, bondo'd, and Rhino lined.
