I just moved to Charlotte from Colorado and am finally getting back out on the trail (URE on Sunday). Thought I would post up some pics and specs of my rigs. I was pretty active with a couple of offroad clubs back West and was hoping to start tagging along some runs out here.
My wife is just as much into as I am, so it makes hitting the trails a lot easier! We have about 60 trail runs under our belt and 5 trips out to Moab.
I have tons of videos and will be posting a few on here. So anyway, enough with the blah blah blahs and onto the rigs!

First up is the 2000 TJ-

Ive always wanted to wheel CO!! Hey I saw a youtube vid where this guy in a black Jeep flipped end over end down Escalator.. That looks pretty intense! Welcome bud!

I think the flip you are talking about is Hell's gate. Anyway, welcome to the site! I have wheel Moab as well> Ran the escalator too, but ended up with a few scrapes on the roll bar.
Here is Escalator

Love the pics 89Wrangler!

Hell's Gate was a breeze if you take the perfect line...Escalator however... perfect lines do not exist. We had buggies in line behind us that couldn't make it. Guys in our group running 37"s couldn't make it and ended up upside down. I got lucky with minimal damage- just scratched up a tube fender, but ended up getting some nasty sidewall grip and crawled right out.

We've run about 20 trails in Moab including 7 of the top ten hardest. That is certainly my happy place, and it was only a 5 hour drive :bounce2:. The goal was to get through the top ten, but because of the move, I missed out on trails #1, 9, and 10.

Well, with that kind of experience, let me apologize before you go to uwharrie on a dry weekend. It's way more fun after a good rain.

Awesome rigs dude...

Never thought Id see a guy 4 wheeling a hummer AND know what to do with it.

Nice TJ too!

Welcome to NC. You wont find anything like Moab around here, but we have a few good ones around here. Check out the Legal Places to wheel sticky if you havent already.

Thanks man.

We ran everything from mild to wild out west, I just enjoy being out of the house. Uwharrie is the first trip out here, then Tellico. I missed the trip to The Farm because of business, but plan on crawling over some of those rocks as well.

If anyone is playing in Uwharrie on Sunday, we'll be on Channel 4.

Have you seen the new HT3 tackle hell's gate? That thing just walked right up with without a real slip up, Hummer has started to get my respect back, stupid H2's...-.-

Nice rigs by the way...

Thanks! I'm not a fan at all of the H2's, but the H3's can be built really well for not much cash.

The new '09's (offroad ed) have front and rear lockers, 33"s, and can come with a V8 straight from the factory. You can also crank on the torsion bars and fit 35"s with zero rubbing- so again, imho, pretty capable.

I would be all over the new H3T, but my wife hates pick ups, so its a no go for now.

89 Wrangler, nice pics! You flip on hells gate? Sure looks like you are about to.

REDLYNER, what are you gonna be on Channel 4 for?

Never thought i'd see an H3 i'd like...until now... very cool
