Hey ya'll,
figured some of you may not get over to pirate and wanted you to checkout the new comp rig we're building this year.
Ran into some parts delays that kept us from starting until 3 weeks ago  and we are only working weekends on it. Definately feeling the pressure to be ready for our first comp this year (last weekednd in April at Jellico)
All kinds of cool pics and time lapse videos of the build in the gallery secion of our website

Thanks !
I have been playing around with the time lapse a bit and made it go faster.
Had one person ask me if I made it faster because it was so cold in the shop

if your ever going to sell it be sure to post up on here. Nice buggy, i love it

i like it slow so i can stop and see each frame to actually see whats changed :)

Hmmmm, didn't think about that . . . if it seems too fast for you, you can select the "Play" menu in windows media player and select "Play speed" from near the top of the menu.
Choose slow and you will have an easier time of it.

Hope that helps.

Looks like you've got some great components going into it.. look forward to the ongoing project!

Now thats a nice build you got going on there........I was watching it over on pirate but didnt realize you guys were here in NC.......keep the pics coming.

I am up at the shop now. Played with the rig for a while when I got in and planned out our day for tomorrow.
Ken has been dying to flex it out a bit so we played some.
I can't upload pics here but check out the build on pirate for a pic from tonight

The front is all linked up and the airshocks are bolted in (but not charged).
This pic shows the rig at ride height (20" to belly pan) and fully stuffed front passenger, driver still has 2 or 3 inches of droop left in the shock.

Yeah yeah. Ken wanted me to share some pics with our friends.
thanks for the concern though Shannon :)

Talked to that axle vendor today, he told me he was only making $100 on the quote he gave you.
Hard to compete with Strange. They are so big, they dominate the 9" center market.
