This is a big thing too. With all of the stickies coming out now, the sx may be outdated. Though, they definitely took a step in the right direction making the sx2. Now when they build the sx2 in interco sticky compound...well, it will rape.
 
Sounds like they listened to all the complaints about tires being undersized too. The 42 is said to measure 43" and be 14.5 wide:smokin:. Perfect tire for a built set of ton axles.
 
If I still had my old rig (toyota truggy on tons) I'd sell the red label Krawlers for 42 SX's in a heart beat...but I like to drive it on the road too so that would be an influence in the decision...
 
Anyone found any pics yet? I have tried with no luck.
 
They probably won't come out for 6-9mos from today. I'll hold out as long as I can to mount the rubber I just picked up today, but I'm sure as hell not going to put off finishing my junk just for a new tire:shaking:
