New to NC4x4

Been lingering on here for a while and finally decided to join. I'm active on JKOwners and a few other Jeep JK specific forums, but figured I'd contribute to this one as well and maybe learn a thing or two about off-roading.

Been to URE a dozen or so times and we love the outdoors - camping, canoeing, fishing, etc. My wife and I have a 3.5-yr old daughter and 4-yr old Great Dane that love to be outdoors as well.

We live in Raleigh, but we have a place in Millers Creek, NC off the Blue Ridge Parkway that we go to at least once or twice a month. We go wheeling at Whippoorwill on Darnell Creek often since it's only 2 miles from our cabin.

We have hosted meet & greets at our cabin before and would love to do that again next summer.

Eh. No. :shaking:

I work in the tax & compliance field of accounting. I'm a tax manager and CPA and work for a local mid-size firm in Raleigh.
 
Now I remember why I never joined this group! :flipoff2:

Yeah, it's ajmg8tr - he's not active on the forums much. He lives in Holly Springs. I just installed the TF leveling kit and some wheel spacers on his rig a few weeks ago. He's waiting to put on 33" GY Duratracs.
 
Nice rig, let me know when the next meet at your cabin is, its kind of long drive but hey, that cabin looks nice and cozy. haha :D

Welcome aboard! Lot of Heep owners on here, some toyota guys but personally I prefer the look and horsepower of a Chevy, but then again, a bunch of Jeep owners run a Chevy drivetrain, I don't know. See ya on the trails...
