I need a lift kit if any of you guys have one for sale let me know and also some help with where to get the best prices on lift kits and tires would be great Thanks

Welcome to the board! You might also want to check out www.wheelindixie.com for your K5 needs. A lot of those guys wheel K5s and similar rigs. There are a lot of K5ers here too, but I just happen to know a few of those guys. :)

ck5.com is a really good site if your looking to learn about them and carolinak5.com is another group of guys from hickory/lenior

Welcome aboard, Start looking for some open events to go wheel-in at. ECORS race at DPG this weekend just a heads up. I'm stock except for lift and 5.0 ford motor and have fun at these events. Post some pics and have fun.

Welcome o the site. I have built 2 different K5's and my current 86 Suburban. I swapped the TBI from my last one into the burb. It currently sits with 7 inches of lift and 37 inch GY MTR's. I still need to add another inch or 2 to the rear to even everything out though.

How much lft are you wanting to go with. I have seen guys run 37's and 40's with zero lift (lots of trimming involved). the easiest and cheapest would be the shackle flip ki. Several companies make them including DIY4X4 and Off Road Designs. I seen your post over at wheelindixie as well. let me know if I can help in any way.
