Hey guys, I bought a Ramcharger a while back and now am thinking about looking for somthing a little bit smaller for trail riding. Just wanted to see what all was good for going on trails, Jeeps, Toyotas ect. Thanks

Yea, good way to start a fight here. (Even though everyone knows toyotas rule and jeeps drag their gas tank on everything.)

Get a jeep. it will, be a simple choice once you wise up and figure ot it i a jeep thing. if you want a "toy" go get a atv or something like that.

I own a jeep, and I love Jeeps more then any other vehicle. Honestly, it is your choice. Both have advantages and disadvantages. No one can say a jeep is better then a taco and visa versa, 90 percent of it is the skill of the driver.

I suggest you refrain from wide vehicles, NC is mainly trails in the woods. most people drive jeeps so alot of trails are formed from the width of the jeep

Think about if you want a long wheel base, or a short one. how big do you plain on going... what do you want to play with (rocks...mud) availability of aftermarket parts. If this is also a DD think about how much gas is AVG for each vehicle. Tons of Questions you just need to think about.

From there YOU choose what will best suite you. (i.e. you don't want the short wheel base b/c they are easily flipped, so you know you do not want a zuke or jeep)

If it was me, I would not ask "what kind of off-road vehicle should I buy" I would ask " Advantages and disadvantages of Jeep vs. tacos, or tacos vs broncos"

what is this guy talking about;)
If you're winking, you know what I'm talking about. If you don't drag your gas tank on everything, you've moved it. ('Cause it drags on everything.):flipoff2:
