Well I am deployed to Africa till Dec, I bought my wife a new Tahoe and she was talked to the sales manager. We traded him a 96 Pontiac Grand Prix for a 95 Grand Cherokee. Well it was just dropped off at the house and my wife just sent me pictures.

Here is my parts list that I will be needing for my build.

D44HP/9 Inch axles
Clayton Long arm kit
5.13 gears
Detroit lockers front and rear
Chrome moly Shafts front and rear
16x10 TR bead locks
36/13.50-16 Iroks
Atlas 2, 2 Speed T-Case
Kevin’s Roof Rack
Full Cage
Custom Front Winch Bumper
Custom Rear Tire Carrier Bumper
Warn Winch

That’s what I have so far, I know there will be things added and things taken off. The only problem with the ZJ is it will not start at the moment. The reason for this is the driver side door was changed out and the factory alarm has disengaged the ignition. The problem is we do not have the remote and the wires in the new door are not hooked up. So one of the first things I have to do is fix the wiring.

I am waiting for prices on 5.13 gears, Detroit Locker, and Chrome Moly Shafts for the D44 and 5.14 gears, 35 Spline Spool, and 35 Spline Chrome Moly Shafts for the 9 inch.

Andy I know you are busier then a one armed paper hanger, so when ever you get the time to look them up thats fine with me. God 5 more months till I can get home to start building this thing. So no rush :D

Well I had a busy day today, I got both heads off and now the fun begins with cleaning everything. I need to get the heads cleaned, surfaced, magnaflexed, and pressure tested then I can put it all back to gather. Working on an engine by yourself sucks also.

Here are some pictures.
