Nissan rims to fit Toyota hubs

How do i rem the "hub hole" big enough to fit a Toyota hub?

If you want it to be hub centric like the factory wheel you'll have to take it to a machine shop. If you can settle for lug centric, a grinder will do.

Will i have to take the tires off

Tire off the wheel? If you machine them yes, if you grind them no. Tire/wheel assembly off the truck? yes to both
