No brakes after axles swap

Just finshed up a SOA, stretch, and 44/9" swap on my YJ. Front axle is a dana 44 from a 76 chevy k-10, rear is a 9" from a 84 ford f-150. Everything bleed out good. Not losing any fluid in the master so that tell me no leaks. Brakes were fine b4 with stock axles. With the motor off, pedal goes about 1/2 way to the floor and fells fine. With the motor on, pedal goes all the way to the floor and the brake warning light comes on, applies a little pressure to the brakes but not near enough to safely stop. I've done some research on master cylinders and found that yj's came factory with a 1" bore master, as well as the ford that the rear end came out of. The chevy's came with a 1 1/8" bore master. Kinda thinkin I might need a chevy master with the bigger bore to push enough fluid. Any ideas? Thanks.

If the light comes on there is a significant difference in front and rear pressure. Check the rear brakes and maybe adjust them. Also bleed it more.

I have a 9in and 44 swapped in my yj with the stock master cylinder and booster for my brakes and they work great. I would agree with GubNi.

I bet the pistons in the front calipers are holding air and you cant get it out by bleeding the brakes.
Let the piston go out slightly, crack the bleeder and compress the piston with a large pair of pliers. Generally the the air comes out within 2 or 3 times of doing this. It has happened too me three times on front dana 44 swaps. Im not saying its the problem but I would try it.

Yeah that new caliper we put on was dry when we put it on I didn't think about it. We can look at it some time this week.
