alright guys got a few questions

here is what I got
5.3, 700R4, 1998 Jeep Wrangler was a 2.5 4 cylinder, 5 speed

Wiring harness, and computer tune by Jim's Performance

everything is in and connected,

Red wire from ecm goes to battery +

Pink wire from ecm goes to 12volt ignition, it has power when key is turned on and while cranking

purple wire from ecm says starter, I ran it to a yellow wire in the steering column to bypass the clutch safety switch, I took the pedal out, yellow wire has power when trying to start, starter turns the motor over

fuel pump relay from the ecm has power coming in, gray wire from the relay says to fuel pump, I am assuming this goes to the + wire coming from the fuel pump?, the gray wire has no power when the key is in the on position, does it have power when trying to start? or should it?

I took the stock jeep regulator out and installed a regulator with a return line on the chevy fuel rail, havent checked for fuel pressure yet

all sensors are plugged up, except 2 O2 sensors, exhaust not installed yet
2 were deleted from the computer flash

would not having the O2 sensors plugged up cause the motor not to fire?

okay she fired and is now running, no fuel, the pump was not grounded:bang:

its is idleing super high, fires right up and goes to about 2000-2500 RPM's, and stays there

The only sensors that are not plugged up are the 2 O2 sensors, would this be related?

no exhaust yet, putting it on this weekend

no. i dont think so. i'm finishing up the same project. my 02's are not hooked up and mine idles and runs fine now.
i had and idle issue when i first fired mine up and it turned out to be a vacum issue.

I checked all over for a vacuum leak, and everything I can find is plugged or hooked up

I plgged it into a scanner, and got the obd II code

Throttle position sensor low voltage

What should my voltage be at this sensor with the key on?
