it is hondas OBD1 you need to check out http://www.carolinahondas.com/ i think you would get a better responce there i dont think to many people here know much about honda ECU's but i could be wrong but i do know that ecu came in 92-95 OBD-1 Civic Si/Ex
the 37820 is hondas way of saying yes its a ecu
the p28 means year and model
and the A means its US the 0 means its a 5 speed and 2 is the version # and AWL idk what that is
