DAMN IT.
So, anyway, I have an older tamiya TL01 4wd on road car and and my really old rc10t, plus the newer 10t4 (which was built poorly, but I digress, and have already torn down and rebuilt the transmission etc but it will need replacing shortly)
So I'm looking to upgrade all three of them eventually, but first the tl01 to a lipo and brushless motor. the transmission in that was already upgraded to handle brushless a while ago, but all my buddies quit racing around the same time.
I'm looking at something like:

Then comes trying to figure out the battery situation.
I figure a 2s would be plenty, but I need to measure the space in my TL01 and see cause it was definitely designed to hold a 6cell battery in there and I'd rather not either have it off balance, or loose in the compartment.
Any reason against something like this:

(assuming it fits?) Should I bother with the 40c versus 35c versus 20c? 5$ more for 40c versus 20c? I can't justify some of the high dollar battery brands. Or to avoid an explosion removing a portion of north raleigh should I? (Kidding. I hope? )
then was thinking one of these for charger:

Or should I drop the coin now to have one that can do multiple batteries? I like that the AC6 can plug into the wall, without an external power supply.
Weeee. Wasn't I on this forum to spend money on my Jeep?
