Rear Brakes were old, replaced Drums and shoes, no problems with rear brakes.

Front Brakes were old. Squealed.

Got new pads. Still squealed.

Replaced Pads and Turned Rotors. Squealed Louder.

Replaced Pads with Thermo-Quiet brand quiet Brake Pads, Took off old Rotors and replaced with Brand new Rotors. Lathered up calipers with all that non-squeak crap. Brakes were quiet for about 2 weeks and then started squealing ridiculously, and increasingly loud.

Now everytime i get in my car and drive away, it squeals loud even when i dont press the brake. It screams like there is no pad left, so loud that i can hear it over my radios max volume. Maybe it will go away? Nope. its been 3 months now. Really, Really pissing me off now. What is causing this? three mechanics have looked at it for free and found "nothing wrong" and said they seemed fine other than the noise.

Im only stopping 33x12.50's in a cherokee, Nothing serious.

Seriously, WTF.

hmmm
is it possible you bent the squeal tabs in when you replaaced the pads?

maybe me but i had three different mechanics do the work at three different shops. All friends of mine so it was free but still.

sounds like a dust shield is rubbing the rotor. Check and make sure your wheel bearings are not smoked and causing this. Its likely caused by the monkey doing the repairs.

Coming back from URE a few weekends ago, my buddy Aaron suddenly stopped. I turned around to see what was up, and he apparently had a really bad squeal. He thought it was the transmission, but I could tell it was closer to the wheels. It only did it going forwards. Turns out a little piece of rubber had flown off the road, and got caught in a hole in the dust shield. Backing up lifted it out of the hole, but going forward caused it to wedge between the shield and rotor, causing the shield to vibrate and squeal. It could very well be something like that.
