Who on here lives at the outer banks? I am living in Manteo for a semester for school and have seen a lot of lifted 4x4s and some offroad club decals (Island Offroad) but didn't know if anyone was on this forum. If anyone's on here post up, I'd be interested in some beach wheeling and anything else that comes along..

I'm going to be in Nag's head labor day week with my wife for a end of summer trip. Each time we go to the OBX we spend at least one day driving on the beach.

For beach driving in season there is some at the Oregon inlet but most / best is above Corolla. Just head north on rte. 12. When the road ends, air down and have fun. There is always lots of drivers on the beach and don't have to worry about getting stuck without anyone around.... Look out for the wild horses!!!
