Office/Warehouse Space

Hey guys. I know the market is flooded right now with empty buildings. My dad owns a building that our company is in along with three other businesses. Very soon, one company is moving to their own building and we are evicting the other company. We will have about 20,000 sq ft. of space to be rented. Both offices have dock doors and lots of warehouse space. The bigger office is around 12,000 sq ft and the other one is around 8500 sq ft. The building is located in South Charlotte around Westinhouse Blvd and South Tryon (49). If you know anyone interested it would be much appreciated if you would send them my way.
