oil pump?

my jeep is droping oil pressure while im driving it dose not do it all the time but i want to fix it before it becomes a big problem i think its the oil pump any help

yea, most likely the sending unit, or the gauge itself. my gauge reads weird sometimes, but never drops below the middle.

mine will drop to 10 shoot up to 60 run at 40 for a lil while then do what ever else it wants

Another vote for sending unit. My brother's TJ will be at 40 then drop to 0 then back to 40 every once in awhile. We're banking on it being the sending unit.
