I bought a th400 with a Ford 205 behind it.
It had an adapter on it with an intermediate shaft. I had never heard of the brand.

What’s it worth?
No ideal, maybe alot.Ive only saw one or two and I have no need for it,at all,but it's odd and I kinda like odd things.

Pathfinder did 4x4 conversions and I believe this was one of theirs.
So I did some more digging. Apparently they did chevy van 4wd conversions back in the day. Makes sense. The parts I bought included a 14 bolt, a front ford axle with “pathfinder” locking hubs and the tranny/transfer case. I wonder if it was all under an 8 lug van.
tag on tranny is from a 81 Chevy with a 292 if I read it right.

6-8 years ago there was one at a junk yard over in Marshall NC.It was NFS.

Pathfinder did a lot of 4x4 conversions back in the day (70-80’s). I know they did some gnarly ‘power split’ conversions (similar to below) in some cases, not sure of the rhyme or reason. But most frequently from what I’ve seen with the econolines, it was just a chevy 44 swap.

That right there is cool!

4x4 micro bus, hippy off-road.
One day I’ll cut out the rust and restore the darn thing. I’ll keep driving it in the meantime. I’d love to figure out a way to make it 4wd and look stock. Just cause why not.
Rear engine makes it hard.

It gets a little weirder.
The 44 has a WMS of about 70.25in and the 14 bolt is around 70in... I guess these were made for or by pathfinder?
