They’re pass drop, low pinion, out of the W350s in the mid 80s, they’re the same as a Chevy KP 60 besides being like 1-2 inches shorter on the passenger side. All the parts interchange besides the inner shafts, I believe.

Offroad Design shared this on their FB page and is a good reference. Dodge used kingpin Dana 60s from the mid 70s until 93 under most gas W300/350s, some gas W200/250s, and all diesel W250s and W350s. They were external hub until 90/91 then went to internal like GM.
