progect ford on low budget some fab work
i bought this 76 f100 4x4 on nc4x4 and i bought the 33 12.50 procomps on nc4x4. the rest im working on.i sand blasted my wheels and painted them satin black. my right rear fender had rust around the lip general for this model. i was going to fiberglass it but i have done that before on one of my cj and 6 months later it started cracking.so i decided to cut 2.5 inches out of all the fenders. only the one had rust but had to do them all. the front fenders wear easy to cut out done some welding braced it back up. the back was hard. i had to cut through outer fender and inner fender. then i had to clamp them togather and weld all the away around. i did all this today + i sanded ( da ) most of the truck. im not fixing any dents just the rust. i will end up beating it up on the trail any way. im going to paint it tommorow in the backyard where i do all my progects.( redneck style ) im going to paint it a flat color what ever i have the most of on the shelf. probably white. then im going to start working on my suspension. my wife is tired of me talking about this truck so i thought i would talk to you guys about it. and buy the way this is a non alcohol progect but i still drew some blood. now its time for a cold beer!!! have a good later....... insanemoto.com
