Open php?

Anyone else get this window? I get it about every 1 in 10 clicks, and then it happens 2-3 times in a row.

Nope.

But I don't have Dreamweaver set to open PHP files by default, either.

but it happens when I click on anything on NC4x4, and only on NC4x4. I click on "New Posts" it sometimes pops up. I click on a thread, it sometimes pops up, I click on (insert link here), and the window sometimes pops up.

But I will check the php open with setting. thanks.
