Opinions on Buying repaired but salvage title 4runner?

Just wondering on everyones opinion on buying a 91 4runner with a salvaged title due from an front end colision? owner bought it back and repaired it and kept it. Now selling. It has front end dammage now but think this is a different issue as a new bumper is all it needs to fix damage. Anyway asking $2100 160000 miles 31's 1/2 tread and aftermarket rims. possible body lift. Inside is clean and paint is good. Possible repaint but I looked at areas that would have been tapped off and didnt see any paint markings so possible original paint. Thinking of offering $1800 is v6 4x4

What are you gonna do with it? Trail rig? If so, go for it, you're gonna tweak the frame anyway..

As a rule of thumb, salvage titles bring about 30-50% less of blue book than a clean title.
