"Oregon Trail" Garner NC - Info wanted

I've seen some postings about this "Oregon Trail" located in Garner NC. Can anyone give me some solid information. Land owner's contact information or a way to get permission to go out there?

Seems to be a touchy subject. Land is supposedly public roads but it is at the back of a trailer park and the people in the last trailers don't like guys going back there and will call the law. I have been once but not worth the risk for me, we met cops going in on our way out
