i have a dana 60 with north west fab flanges, and the truck will see street time, so here is where i want to here the opinions on the 2 lockers. thanks guys

I have ran ARB's and have had 0 issues. Push a button and Locked. I would recommend those if you have the coin. I have no personel experience with the OX, but friends have complained about the cable adjustments and two of them switched to ARB's.

^^What he said. I have an ARB in the front of my Toyota and love it. I have no personal experiance with the OX locker but have also heard about cable issues from folks that do have one. I think the cable has to be adjusted just right to engage then, since it stretches, has to be adjusted regularly. I've also heard they can be difficult to engage when the tires are in a bind.

I have just about run them all-

2 ARBs
2 Ox
2 Auburn Ecteds
1 Eaton E-locker.

I'm not a huge fan of the electronic lockers so that knocks out the Eaton and Auburn, and I had problems with both the ARBs and the Ox. Ox seems like the least amount of moving parts to break, but you have to have the cable setup exactly right, or you will have adjustment problems down the road. ARBs have a half dozen places that air can leak and for what ever reason, air finds a way to leak.

I'm currently running ARBs and while they are my favorite, I have had no less problems with them than my Ox.

I have personal experience with the OX. I run 2 of them in my buggy right now (Solid Mfg. HP 60s) and I have no issues with them. Protect the cables (They are tougher than an air line, however) and install them correctly and you wont have issues with them. Mine unlock and lock without any hangups every single time...loaded, unloaded, turning...whenever.

They both (ARB/OX) have their quircks, neither of them are perfect. I would give praise to them both. I think alot of people discount the OX because they havent used them enough to get them adjusted right and the cables routed right. I do like the fact that if the OX is more "mechanical" and has less to go wrong with than the ARB...but thats just me.

In terms of selectable lockers, you have issues with them all...i think its a matter of preference and which problems you would rather deal with than the others. I have found however that OX's customer service is incredible. I lost a spring in one of the shifters in my garage one night and was going wheeling the next day...I called OX in the morning and the guy stayed on the phone with me the entire time giving me a step by step to rig the locker cable and shifter up to stay locked like a spool so I wasnt wheeling all weekend with an open rear....then he sent me a spring for free that was waiting for me when I got home. To me....thats worth running my OX's.

I DO LIKE THE FACT THAT I WOULDNT HAVE TO DEPEND ON A AIR SYSTEM FOR MY LOCKER BUT ON BOARD AIR IS ON MY LIST OF THINGS TO GET, AND THE OX CABLE ADJUSTMENT WOULD JUST BE A LEARNING CURVE, AND WOULD WORK AS GOOD AS THE EFFORT YOU PUT INTO ROUTING THE CABLES...SEEMS LIKE ITS AS BROAD AS IT IS LONG BUT I GOT A LIL BIT BEFORE I HAVE TO DECIDE. THANKS

I have arb's on my toyota, and I have ripped the front line out a couple times and have had some air leaks, but I love the quick on off in the front when you need it, I am sure there are pro's and con's to every locker but that just my 2cents, I think you would be happy with the arb.
