Paragon in PA Is looking for land!!

I have been there 1 time with a 4 wheeler. nice park. They had to close the gates due to all the dumb closers but they are not out. They are looking for land to make a new park anywhere on the East Coast. I figure I should put this up in case anyone knows somone that could try a new venture with his/hers land. Check it out!!
