any help would be good, not to familiar with toyotas. i have a 90 4runner, v6 auto, 4x4. the parking lights, and the dash and instrument cluster lights will not come on. here is what i have done so far, checked all fuses, all relays unless i am missing one, all bulbs, cant find anything. the only thing that doesnt work is the parking lights, and the dash lights. all the turn signals, brake lights, interior, and headlights do work. this seemed to have happended after i pulled my trailer, but cant find anything. i am getting power to the relays, but i have no power to the lights, or the brightness switch in the dash. does this switch, or the instrument cluster control the park lights, all grounds seem to be good, been checking everything with voltmeter. need help, thanks

I kinda had this happen with my '83 yota. Only it was my head lights that didn't work. Every thing else did. It turned out to be at the battery where the lights are tied directly into the battery. It was a big green connector that the wires had been pulled out of by the battery bouncing around too much. Not sure if that helps. If you say it happened after you pulled your trailer, I'd check the trailer wiring harness to see if it didn't break or something. (The wiring for the trailer connector, not the wiring of the trailer.)
