We sprayed the snot out of this thing. Mike wanted me to do the rockers and bed, but when he came to drop the truck off he had a whole different plan. Never sprayed this much before, but it came out killer.
I should taken a before picture, but you get the idea. We sprayed the bed, rockers, and the entire topside of the truck, including the bumpers and grille.

Sweet! Now instead of waxing it he can just Armor All it and get a great shine!

Not sure I would have doen the grill (chrome?), but the rest looks nice.

Curious to see how the bumper looks in a few years

the bumpers were black anyway.....just not nearly so "uniform" in color/appearance....

I likey.

You forgot the warning,...The run and slide across the hood like the Duke boys will result in an accident!

Now a serious question about this. I have always stayed away from flat paints primarily because of how I myself experienced clean up. Seems mud and dirt just soaked in and never really came clean. So, My ques ion is how easy does this stuff clean up under the same conditions?

I know a guy who had a tacoma Rhino lined in tan.....it stained real bad and looked like shit. I would never put liner on the outside of a vehicle....but I guess to each his own.

This stuff won't stain like Rhino or Line-X. You can wipe it clean since it isn't porous and doesn't have a rough material texture (the texture from the spray is rougher, but the material is smooth, if that makes any sense) so things just wipe right off. :)

same here i have a few buds that wished they had never thought about doing theyre rig mud just hangs out:shaking:

well so far, we only did it saturday. I dont know yet how it will do with mud. This is my work truck and it doesnt see alot of mud anyway. I wanted to do something different and I like it so far. Also my bumpers and grill were already black.

It has worked great in my Jeep tub and the mud hasnt caused any trouble.

what about the hood i did my jeep and did the raised sections on my hood and was told it will hold heat in so i was thinking about doing vents, any input?

any chance you weighed the truck before hand? im curious as to how much all that liner weighs.

anyway..looks really good.

I think it's pretty cool. We all know that Blaze does top-notch work.

it looks pretty good. how well will it hold and whats the cure time.

Im finally getting around to posting up a new pic.
It turns out that the stuff is great and mud and dirt comes off really easy. Granted i dont go mudding with it, but what mud gets on it comes off easy. Anyway finished with 7in stack from turbo, tinted windows, and finally some gauges.

Almost to loud for me being 37. A muffler came with the kit from Grand Rock. When it finally stops raining on a Saturday Im thinking of putting it on. Then i will check the backpressure and EGTs. If it makes a lot of difference then it comes out. That stack and exhaust netted me another 2-3 mpg.
Loud through the gears and after that it is a rumble inside the cab.
