pinion angle question

ok i just recently bought a 93 wrangler.
that has had a coil spring conversion kit put on it that makes the rear axle have a four link system, i noticied that the rear pinion looked like it was pointing at the sky, so i adjusted the cam bolts in the four link to correct it , pinion is at a much straighter angle now, but now at 45mph i have a vibration / low roar noise. is it possible the drive shaft has been changed with one thats got a longer yoke at tcase? or does the np 231 t case have that $10 snap ring inside the tailshaft that hold the tailshaft off the chain, & it has broken? any ideas what my problem is???

Got any Idea how much lift it has? Does it have a SYE? They may have had the pinion too high to make up for a lack of down travel in the rear shaft.

The pinion needs to be about 2* lower than the driveshaft.
most problems at 45mph are tire related

Doesn’t pinion angle change if he has a CV driveshaft or a standard 2 u-joint driveshaft?

I know with a CV you want to set your pinion 1 degree higher then driveshaft angle to allow for axle wrap. I don't recall what the angle is for a standard drive shaft, I believe you set it so the pinion angle is parallel with output of the TC but not 100% sure.

Heres a link that help me with settling my pinion angles:
