They never went as low as $200 at my wally but I picked one up at $269 last month. I gotta say, out of my 3 outdoor cooking devices, if I had to choose only 1 this would be it. I've always struggled with making a perfect brisket until now.
 
Ive looked at them several times and sort of want one.

Im semi scared of the pellets. Im not typically a conspiracy guy. I just wonder how much artifical binders are being added, and even if not the long term effects of burning concentrated lignin thats no longer disolved in Xylem...
but im jealous of those that have them a tad. wont lie.

Never really considered that before. Thanks for making me question life now dammit lol
