My business is getting to the point where I am going to need a flatbed trailer. I am going to buy one this week, but I can't keep it at my house. Really damn annoying, but until we can find a house with some more land for a bigger shop/storage I am hamstrung by this.

I called a few self-storage places but no one has any spots.

I live up by Six Forks/540. Anyone know somewhere close by that I can keep an 18' flatbed car trailer?

Call Durham Rescue Mission (TW and 70) they had some spots last I saw (they have a gated area in the back from when it was supposed to be a boat dealer), or Brassfield Storage on Page Rd Extension and 70 and they may have spots also, they have really big back lot. A little farther than you want though probably

Brassfield has some for $45. Not sure I want to spend that much to store a trailer.

I'm going to talk to the property manager at my work. We have a parking lot that is WAY oversized for our building. I can park it in the back of the lot and no one would ever see it. We've been in this office for almost 6 years now and I have never once seen anyone park in the rear 1/3 of the parking lot, even when our building was at capacity and now it is only 1/3 full with tennants.

brian, i know it's not north raleigh, but you can keep it at my house if it comes down to it. if you knew you would need it the day before, i could always bring it to work that morning for you. i just don't have the parking in the new shop that i used to have.
