I live in Zebulon is there any where to wheel around here I have been to uwharrie but that is a drive from here.

No, there is no where legal to wheel in or around Zebulon.

If you are into Mud, you might check out Buckleberry near Princton, or a place called Busco Beach, though I don't know if either of those places allow road vehicles anymore.
