Hi all, I have been experiencing some common symptoms of a dirty NSS (reverse lights no longer turn on, hard shifting). I am thinking about doing a clean on it this weekend (12/3), but have never done so before, i also live in an apartment complex, and don't have access to much flat terrain or ramps to lift it for access (though i could probably just crawl under with not much of a problem). I was wondering if anyone in or near Raleigh has done this and could lead me through? or is this easy enough for a newbie?

Thanks!

Very easy, search thru some old posts, someone posted some links here. I did it on the wife's Cherokee.

I usually just find one of those wash your own with the pressure washers and use them. Most of them have hot water to break up the mud and the soap helps sometimes. Just find a run down one b/c the fancy ones will get mad with all the mud but its never stoped me.
