Squally,little buffalo,west buffalo
All land along Squally, little buffalo, west buffalo and huffman is private. There is no legal camping or offroading.I own 20 acres and 1800 feet road/trail on west buffalo. Be advised that each land owner maintains there access/road at there own expense. We are all very reasonable and friendly folks
faced with an unreasonable situation. These roads are not state roads they are access granted to us in our deeds.
Non local offroaders have angered all of us. We have had enough. Before you make the wrong assumption about us, please consider how you would feel if outsiders four wheeled through your property uninvited. Tearing up your road and camping on private property. You are welcome to fish on my property and hike my part of the road. I am sorry to say that 4x4s are no longer welcome. They have never been legal. Every weekend lately seems like some bizarre road warier invasion.
Due to a recent feature in CRAWL magazine (the HARDCORE magazine), several land owners have met to discuss the ever increasing problem of uninvited four wheelers. While all land owners were not present at our meeting, I feel comfortable saying you won't find a single land owner who would approve of 4x4 recreational use of there lands. We are now opposed to any non local 4x4 use. We are just protecting our property, which most off roaders seem not to respect. No
that when trailers are found illegally parked (again, there is no legal parking) they will be ticketed. We have the cooperation of the sheriffs department.
Please find a legal place to play. This is our neighborhood. Please respect it. Please feel free to post, copy, and broadcast this letter to anyone concerned.
We want the word to get out. You can't imagine how sorry I am that it has gotten
to this. Please feel free to call me to discuss this further.
Peace
Mike Alfonso
