Plug and wire suggestions

Replacing a cracked exhaust manifold on the 2007 JKU this week. While I'm in there I figure now's the time to replace plugs and wires since they're close by and I have 185000 miles on this thing.

What's everyone suggest for plugs and wires? Anything to stay away from? Prices don't seem to differ too much among brands and types of plugs and wires seem the same. What do you guys suggest?

Is there benefit to replacing the ignition coil at the same time? That seems a bit pricey and I don't know that there will be a benefit. No codes currently and seems to run ok despite the tired 3.8l and cracked manifold.

Holy crap, you went 185,000 on a set of plugs?! Champion no less?!!!?? That engine isn't tired, it's the plugs. You'll have twice the HP with new plugs. That being said. Put the $.99 champions back in it. Mopar stuff only likes champions. Had a buddy put some nice expensive plugs in his wifes (I think it was a Cirrus) car and it didn't even make it home before having issues. He put the el cheapos in it and it ran like a top.

I should clarify, I bought this thing a few thousand miles ago. I have no idea if or when the plugs were changed. So they may have 185k miles on them or they may not. But hopefully it'll run better now. Gotta get everything else back together to see the difference.
