PM time limit

Can we change the PM time limit from 60 seconds to 30 seconds? Often I have to reply to several PMs and always have to wait before sending the next reply when often the answer is yes or no.

Man you must do a lot of one line replies! Takes me 30 secs to think of what to say most of the time. heheh

I changed a couple of other settings to help prevent PM floods, so that we could lower the wait interval between messages. Unfortunately, the wait interval is global... I don't get to set it by usergroup, or else I could wipe it out completely for a lot of folks.
