Just wondered how many have and how many haven't/don't want to/are too lazy/believe it's worthless/don't have time/etc

Poll will NOT tell who voted how. Give me some numbers people so I can have some idea of how we may respond when it's time to support the Tellico issue.

E-mailed and voted. Received a reply from from one stating, "Thank you for your email. We will keep your concerns in mind." Standard response, hopefully they'll put more time and effort in debating/considering this bill than the time and effort they put in the response I received.

Emailed all of the Senators and got a couple of the generic responses

I generally get "response letters" whenever I write my representatives.

I'm sure they don't read em themselves, and they aren't hand signed, but the letters obviously aren't auto generated as they are subject specific.

But that does tell me that Staff is reading them and and they will certainly brief the Rep of any substantial constituent concerns. Like the rest of Democracy. Numbers speak! All the more reason why we should always take a minute to write, email, or even phone our reps.
