Possible Exhaust Problems

I've got a couple of check engine codes which I believe show a bad O2 sensor/sensors. I'm getting codes 0171, 0125, 0130, and 0133.

The problem is the threads on my exhaust where the O2 sensors connect are non existant and I'm fairly certain they'll need to torch it off. So my question is, should I go straight to a muffler shop and just have an entire new exhaust put on, or go to a regular shop have them diagnose the problem and take a chance on them having to send me to a muffler shop anyway and then I'm paying for diagnostics and a new exhaust. What do you think?

P0171 lean condition bank one ( wait until you have replaced the O2 sensor, if there is a vacuum leak, this will pop back up )

P0125 Insufficient Coolant Temperature for Closed Loop Operation ( could be an effect of the O2sensor not working properly. )

P0130 Oxygen Sensor Circuit Malfunction(Bank 1 Sensor 1)

P0133 Oxygen Sensor Circuit Slow Response(Bank 1 Sensor 1) My '97 just had this pop up, easy swap out ( sort of, the connector is ON TOP of the transmission, in a clip )

The threads on my sensor studs were looking sketchy as well, I hoped for the best and the nuts came right off, and went on with no issue. start spraying it with WD40 or PD blaster for the next few days before replacement, will help.

DO NOT let anyone whack on the exhaust, while not exactly easy, the studs can be replaced/drilled out if needed.

And John, stay away from the "Fast Food" repair shops, the likely hood of coming out with more problems than you went in with is pretty high. The parts markup is fawking incredible at those places as well.

What about Henry's? Are they still good / even open?

RJ's did the exhaust work on the race cars I used to crew, and charged appropriately.. ;)

I actually called Henry's and they would put on the part, but if anything else was wrong outside of the exhaust, they may not be able to handle it. It's at ECGS's now.
