Power steering problems...

Ok so changed my power steering reservoir out its not leaking but looks like it has air bubbles in it and its still really hard to turn... So what exactly could be causing this to happen and how exactly can a body fix it or atleast get air out of the lines if thats whats causing it???? Gimme some help honestly dont even care if its smartass help any help is good help!!!:beer:

Its a 96zj I just put new engine in it and somehow busted steering reservoir??? Thanks i jacked front of the jeep up and turned steering wheel a shit ton and it worked out appreciate the help!!!
 
Hey got another Q Im gonna switch axles on this beast here soon i have a d44 front out of waggy w/o vac... But i was wondering if going tons would be a smarter route? I drive my jeep extremely hard and id like to keep it a DD untill can afford another so is there any tons that wouldnt look ridiculous on a zj width wise??? Planning on runnin atleast 38 to 40s on it in good time!
 
Ok so the problem stopped until today was going down the road and the damn steering just stopped working was hard to turn and ive done nothing to it since it started working! What exactly could be causing this the pump is working fine its sucking fluid i dont understand???? Someone help out if ya can???
