For a customer, big work truck, heavy will barely get out of his own way, had a superchipin it, chip died, he doesn't think he needs guages so lets keep that in mind. what is the best safest chip oh ya and affordable. ANd from my expiernece the ones that trick the hpop into bumping up fuel pressure kills the pump. i could be wrong on that so tell me if i am.
 
i've got an older banks chip coming out of my truck. not the best out there by far, but i'll let it go cheap.
 
x158 on dp tuner. The only person you need to be talking to is Jody. Everybody elses tunes are garbage by comparison.
 
i'd say innovative's tunes are pretty much equal from what i've read and based on personal experience with a 6.0 truck.

that said, i plan to use dp for my truck so i can have their somewhat local support for dyno tuning should i ever need/want it.
 
The most tuning he does there is seat of the pants, no dyno. But he will program it, then go for a ride as many times as you want. IMO, that's better than any dyno #s.
 
oh, i was under the impression he had a dyno.

yeah, real time tuning is about as good as dyno. does he actually hook up while driving and data log/tune or what?
 
SCT all the way. I just bought one for my 6.0 and man it make a huge difference. It was programmed by a John Woods in Cali.
