Purchase private land to wheel on.

I know we had a lengthy discussion on this awhile back. Since then I have been looking for property to purchase. I have found some nice large acre tracts that are reasonably priced in West Viginia. My close friend and fellow 4wheeler was going to go in half with me so we could purchase a place. He is now getting moved because of his job and now has other priorities. Is there anyone out there that has around 40k to invest with me that is serious about having and maintaning a place to wheel? If so please PM me so we can discuss details.

Im currently in discussions with 3 other friends on a 473 acre tract in york county....
If it falls through (50/50 at this point) Ill have it.
