quadra trac II problems ??

I am considering a grand cherokee for my wife. It has the quadra trac II with NV245. Anyone have one of these ? Any problems or things I need to look at before buying it. I know it is a full time system.
 
They are really picky about tire size, ie all the tires have to be the same size excactly. I've actually seen where one tire was a little low on air pressure(causing a different diameter) and cause the transfer case to do weird things like bind and jump

O, and the parts are really expensive when they break
 
We have one, no complaints. It does like to make tire squeling noises when you turn sharp at low speeds sometimes. They are more prone to problems than the part time case, and cost alot more to fix. Seems like if you want a limited or a v8, you're hard pressed to find one thats not full time 4wd.
