Anyone have any coats/bibs/parkas with Tricot material on the outside? I want to know if its quiet enough for hunting. Looking at some stuff online and want some personal experience. Birthday is coming up and making a list for the folks to pick from.

oh, and always a :huggy:

Filson double tin cloth is qiet and waterproof. Check into it. Don't have any opinions on tricot as I've never used it. Not really sure what type of hunting you are going to be doing.

Filson uses gold thread though....
We are not all rich like you, Rob....

No personal experience sorry.

Browning Hydro Fleece. Sat in a damn monsoon sat morning, at least 2" and didnt get wet. For cold weather, match that w/ a $100goose down suit from Cabelas and you will NEVER be cold. Tested for 4 days sub 10* in Ontario.
