ramsey re 12000 anyone familiar with it

something else. the model number is 110596 which comes up as nothing on ramsey.com, but a 110597 is the 24v model and 112162 is the 12v model. odd

I have known several people that have had the Ramsey 10K and 12K worm drive winches. Not a fast winch by no means, but VERY strong. My Brother n law had one on a car hauler for about 12 years, used it very often, never an issue that I am aware of.

I got the Patriot Profile 12000. Anything worm drive is technically a better set-up, its just too damn big, thats why I got the profile.
