Things got a little dangerous in the shower this morning. My house originally purchased by my grandparents back 60 years ago has been holding together surprisingly well... Until. Original shower walls are 3/8 sheetrock with glue on 4x4 plastic tiles. Somewhere in recent history theres been cracks between the tiles that allowed water to come in and seap into the rock. Crap design. I'm already done with the tearout and halfway into the rebuild. Looking forward to going back with something a little less dreadful looking.
